Advancing toward growth and development of the battery recycling industry through Spoke and Hub Model

Spoke

Expansion through spokes acorss 10 countries is currently being undertaken. Mechanical size reduction and initial processing of batteries will take place at the spokes, to recover precious
metals and materials. Recovered material is then shipped to the
hub for continuous processing.

Hub

Further processing of recovery material from battery recycling
will take place at the hub using different novel processes. Hubs
are equipped with advanced hydrometallurgy capabilities along
with in-house labs to analyze each batch for purity, size, shape, moisture content, stability.

Expanding to a global production base in the coming years

Hub and spoke model will accreditate a larger production base and faster growth of battery recycling and recovery

Hub has produced 1000 tonnes of black mass in the year 2022

Hub is expected to grow the production exponentially by the year 2030

Environmentally conscious Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) model

Our operations are designed to result in minimal effluents. The ZLD model is installed to cure remaining waste through sedimentation, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. This multi-stage process yields water of high purity and low resistivity, serving the needs of the plant processes. ZLD ensures we meet our net zero waste target and contribute to Exigo's mission of environmental protection.
